1. About This Service PHOTO CREATIONS provides a fixed structure HD video slideshow service. Customers upload photos, using their own PIN protected workspace. 2. Ordering All orders are placed through the website. Payment is taken upfront before slideshow is produced. 3. Delivery Final slideshows are delivered as a digital download - within 24 Hours – sometimes within a few hours depending on demand. 4. Customer Responsibilities By uploading photos, the customer confirms they have permission from anyone identifiable in the images to share them for the purpose of creating the slideshow. The customer is responsible for ensuring all text provided is accurate. 5. Refunds Refunds may be issued at the discretion of PHOTO CREATIONS before final approval. Once the final draft is approved, refunds cannot be given. 6. Prohibited Content Customers must not upload images containing illegal content, sensitive personal data (such as medical information or ID documents), or anything that violates UK law. 7. Data Handling Photos are used only to create the slideshow and are deleted 14 days after the order is completed. See the Privacy Policy for full details. 8. Liability PHOTO CREATIONS is not liable for errors approved by the customer during the draft stage. 9. Changes to These Terms PHOTO CREATIONS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Photo Handling & Storage · Photos are stored securely on UK/EU servers. · Photos are used only to create your slideshow. · Photos are deleted automatically after 14 days. · You may request deletion at any time before approval. · EXIF metadata (such as GPS location) may be removed during processing. 6.
